Rebuild vendored Action Text bundle for DOMPurify 3.4.13

#1335 bumped dompurify 3.4.2 -> 3.4.13 but did not regenerate the
vendored action_text-trix/app/assets/javascripts/trix.js, which still
embedded DOMPurify 3.4.2. A fresh build re-inlines 3.4.13, so CI's
'Fail when generated npm changes are not checked-in' step trips on main
and on every branch rebased onto it. Rebuild the bundle so the checked-in
artifact matches the lockfile.
