Prevent Explorer from shutting down the node when embedded into a larger application

Want to verify that repeat crashing will allow Riak Explorer to die without ordering a shutdown of the whole VM when included as a top-level application.

@angrycub @paultannenbaum when Riak Explorer is included as a patch to the top level riak app, the way that it gets started is by piggybacking on Riak Control's entry point. This should be safe with regard to explorer dying as it exhibits the same behavior as the existing riak_control supervisor, let me know if you still have concerns about it though and we can investigate further @angrycub
