Compatibility with SiYuan and other FOSS PKMs

Since Obsidian is not FOSS, it would be good to suggest some alternatives that might be good for integration. There are a few that is popular now that are FOSS (so no Capacities). LogSeq, SiYuan, and AnyType are some of the most popular FOSS PKMs out there, but since LogSeq is still currently receiving extreme refactoring, I would recommend SiYuan for now.

The issue is that both LogSeq and SiYuan are block-based PKMs rather than note-based PKMs, and so their structure could be slightly different from the usual note-taking applications. SiYuan also have "copilot" plugins similar to Obsidian (which they borrowed the idea from Cursor/Windsurf/RooCode but in the sphere of ideation).
