How to get Send Message working

Wake on LAN works, i can wake up and shut down the pc, but the Send message doesnt work. When i click the send button, theres no errors and nothing pops up on the pc where im trying to send the message to. Both computers are using Windows 10 pro and are on the same network. How to fix this issue?

Sorry I don't have a good answer for you. It looks like the default permissions on windows are no longer satisfactory for this.

You can test by manually doing this from the command line:
C:> msg * /server:MYSERVERNAME testing

I'm getting Access Denied.
