[QUESTION] Whining steppers

Hi I have a couple of questions, sorry if this is a wrong place.
I see in your config motors are set to spreadCycle. In my case extruder, and x stepper starts whining in hold position, in movement not so much. Any way to fix this? Now I enabled stealthChop it's ok to use it if I print max at 200mm and max acceleration 2000?
Second question, why despite all printer profiles speeds are similar orca seems much faster. With same profiles selected same stl orca gives me 1:20, superslicer 1:40, prusa around 2 hours, what magic is this?

The SS profiles are quite outdated at this point. PS is what I recommend using, though better OS settings are on the way. It's possible there's a discrepancy between the speeds in the different config bundles, leading to the different estimated print times. What are the actual print times when printing using the different slicers?
