Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have seperate update entities for each available update in Home Assistant. The current sensors only provide a summary. Update entities can also have a link to release notes attached. WUD has the ability to manually add a link to each container for the release notes, but I don't think thats possible with just a HA component.
