Deps: exclude aiida-quantumespresso v4.14 (#108)

While moving the parsing to the XML in aiida-quantumespresso,
the electric field was not parsed on the first release v4.14.
For this reason, all the workchains implemented would not
work properly, and so we exclude this version from its support.
