Add Pauses to Audio Generation

We should add a short audio file of silence (maybe 0.05 or 0.01 seconds; would need testing) to be used when there is punctuation (any, eg brackets, commas, etc). This would make reading sound more natural by pausing at commas etc.

I think it would work quite well with minimal effort.
