Describe the bug
The app is not targeting the SDK needed for Android 13 support which is 33.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to the App Store
Search for Paperless
See that it lists it as non-compatible on a device running Android 13

Expected behavior
I would have expected it to be supported
