Error: non-numeric argument to binary operator

I am unable to proceed -getting this error
I am using GWAS output file for a trait, has 4029 SNP and other information in the file is

Chromosome | Position | P.value | maf | nobs | Rsquare.of.Model.without.SNP | Rsquare.of.Model.with.SNP | FDR_Adjusted_P-values

I was able to upload the file but could not proceed further because of the error.
Please help to resolve

This may be a parsing problem from the input file or difficulty matching the GWAS output chromsome IDs with expected chromosomes for the organism. Is the example file working? Can you send me a screenshot of the 'Manage' screen after you've uploaded your file?

Hmm, it looks like the upload is going ok. In the manage screen, are you changing the 'Y-axis column' drop down to 'P.value'? Also, check the 'Take -log10 of column' box and uncheck the the 'Set y-axis limits' box. Then hit the submit button.

No I am not changing Y axis to P value, will try with your suggestion

Awesome views guys!
I have few questions though, help is greatly appreciated.

1. If I have to plot for multiple traits? How can I do it?
2. Is there any limits of number of rows that can be added- unchecked Y axis always?
3. What is the difference between the legend that appears for- Forward genes and reverse genes- Am I not seeing it correct? (from the image above posted in results)- Can it be of different color- I see order differences- forward on top and then below is the reverse genes.
4. Upon toggling between the Manage, Data and Genome and Chr view, the original data that I uploaded starts disappearing one by one. Is something wrong with handling?
