New functionalities: tts and stt

I think the library could be very very useful if you add the speech to text and text to speech functionalities. You can use the apenai whisper or the Google services or others. There isn’t a library with these functionalities

@robottini Thank you for your Fabulous Idea! That's on my roadmap. At this point, I'm just trying and testing more features. The next update is about TTS and STT + WEB UI
