Bacon, coleslaw & mustard sandwich

Ingredients:

• Bacon,
• Bread (white buns/rolls work well),
• Coleslaw,
• French/English/Wholegrain mustard.

Method:

1. Fry/grill the bacon as desired,
2. Spoon coleslaw liberally onto the 'down' side of the bread,
3. Spread mustard onto the 'up' side,
4. Add the bacon,
5. Close,
6. Enjoy.
