Linking error when consuming osqp from bazel-central-registry

Hello everyone!

To familiarize with bazel and the bazel-central-registry, I am trying to migrate to bazel and bazel-central-registry a simple repository (https://github.com/traversaro/osqp-eigen/tree/addbazel) that has three dependencies, all of them already packaged on BCR:

• osqp
• eigen
• catch2

I tried to follow the Bazel and BCR instructions, but trying to build the tests results on Ubuntu 24.04 with Bazel 7.4.1 in the following linking errors:

I am quite new to Bazel, so I may be doing something completely wrong, but I am posting this here as it may be useful as a feedback from a new inexperienced user trying to use BCR.
