Feature request: Option to select operator on filter creation #186

It would be nice if I could pass an option to the component that will prompt the user to select the operator when adding a new filter. Currently you can only discover operators after the filter is set.
Arguably this can be a weird UX when e.g. filtering on a price, where "greater or lower than" is probably the operator that makes more sense than "is".
