ensure eslint-plugin-cypress upgrade passes tests #12979
Description
we have a PR from dependabot - #12912 - that is failing tests.
We need to ensure that any breaking changes in the upgrade are fixed so that we can continue usual service. The upgrade has brought about some test failures, so we need to investigate and fix those.
When looking into this issue, please run yarn test before putting work up for review.
