Dev Task: Update Capacitor to v8

Describe the task
Update all Capacitor dependencies from v7 to v8 for the ASA Go. This includes merging all currently open Renovate PRs related to Capacitor v8 and updating any remaining Capacitor packages that haven't been automatically updated yet.

Acceptance Criteria

• Test mobile app functionality on iOS after updates
• Test mobile app functionality on Android after updates
• Update any breaking changes in application code if needed
• Verify all mobile features work as expected (geolocation, haptics, keyboard, network detection, preferences, etc.)

Additional context

• Current Capacitor version: 7.1.0
• Target Capacitor version: 8.x
• Review the Capacitor v8 migration guide for any breaking changes
• Test thoroughly on both iOS and Android platforms before considering complete
