Starting to use GitHub Discussions!

Introduction

We're now designating GitHub Discussions for the following purposes:

• Request help and ask questions about CodeIgniter.
• Share ideas about possible new features.
• Discuss problems that you're not sure if they belong in Issues.

As you may know, the Issues section of this repository has always been reserved for bug reports and we've largely redirected anything off-topic to the forums. The scope of what belongs in Issues remains the same, but now you have a place to post about other things directly on the repository as well, so hopefully this is a welcome addition for everybody!

Please remember that everybody on here is contributing entirely in their free time and be respectful!
