Competitive 1v1 Rules: Friendly Robber, 15 VPs and No Adjacent Red Pips

It would be nice to be able to play against Catanatron (say in www.catanatron.com or local Docker Compose) with the same rules that are usually used in a 1v1 setting. These are:

• 15 VPs to win instead of 10 VPs
• Friendly Robber enabled
• Ensure no adjacent red pips (i.e. no 6 tile next to an 8 tile)

With the existing framework, are we capable of adjusting these settings in the CLI tool?
