Nuggets to ingot and ingots to block recipes should be shaped

Currently the recipes for ingots and storage blocks are shapeless
Vanilla Minecraft uses shaped recipes for this and so do other mods
Having it as shapeless breaks compatibility with Almost Unified and potentially other mods
