Use MSI installer for hg (Mercurial) #59
Description
I wonder if it would be possible to use the MSI installer instead of the Inno Setup (aka "EXE") installer for installation (like the "tortoisehg" package does). The latter hangs indefinitely if an older version of Mercurial is already present on the system that has been installed with the former. The Chocolatey package can only be installed after manually uninstalling the other version, which is not the case for most other packages I updated to their Chocolatey version this way.
