https://www.mercurial-scm.org/sources.js is no longer being published. The current site looks at https://www.mercurial-scm.org/latest.dat (the logic to parse this is in https://www.mercurial-scm.org/_static/version-icon.js). The list of releases is also available on https://www.mercurial-scm.org/release/windows/.
