IP representation of subnet mask

Hi,

I'm in a scenario that needs the IP representation of subnet mask.
Since the awesome ip-address doesn't have that yet, I just submitted a PR #95 for the idea.

This is only for v4 though, v6 will need some understanding of how jsbn works.
