GitHub release is behind NPM

NPM has 1.15.4, but GH only 1.15.3, could this be synced? 

I intend to switch my packaging to GH from NPM, but this is making it cumbersome.

EDIT: The tag does exist so that actually makes it easy for my use case, but the release is still behind.
