Bump version to 0.2.0 — first Electron release (#4)

Signals the Electrobun → Electron migration to electron-updater. Old
Electrobun installs on v0.1.0 can't auto-upgrade (different transport),
which is called out in README. Every install from v0.2.0 onward stays
on the electron-updater channel indefinitely.
