Rename `transform` to `map` or something like that

The point of bedrock-gi is to convert Ground Investigation data from their native formats to 3D GIS features.

Therefore, using the naming transform for describing the mapping between AGS 3, AGS 4, bedrock-gi and other schemas can be confusing, because transformations in the world of GIS are used for transforming between Spatial Reference Systems.

Also make sure to be more consistent with naming of things such as:

• db vs database
• geodb vs gis geometry
• etc.

In brgi.ags.transform.ags3_db_to_no_gis_brgi_db, fix:
