Feature request: Build and deploy docker image to public Docker registry

Hi,

In order to use this tool as Docker image currently we need to fork/mirror it on our side and then implement CI pipeline which will build the Docker image and publish it.

It would be a nice feature if this was done within this project. So what I am proposing is to create a CI job which will build the image and then deploy it to some public Docker registry such as Dockerhub.
