Improving Boost FAQ visibility

Users do not see the Boost FAQ because it is not immediately visible on mobile and on the web as well -- because it is below the active boost pools. This is most evident under mobile.
And thus they keep on asking the same questions on TG and Discord support.

This could be addressed by having a soft link to the top of the FAQ portion bet added on the boost page, that it would be underneath the Launchpool logo and above the toggles for (ALL, Live, Finished).

Something like this:
