Switch to geerlingguy.drupal role #419
Description
Motivation
Rather than maintaining duplicated functionality we should move to using the [geerlingguy.drupal])(https://github.com/geerlingguy/ansible-role-drupal`).
Any gaps in functionality can be picked up in custom tasks or moved upstream.
