30-day roadmap

• Keep 10-20 open good first issue tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
• Reduce missing English translation warnings from 17 to 0-5, or classify non-course docs explicitly.
• Publish 4 low-risk public posts and record links/results in daily operations reports.
• Improve AI-native docs so agents can reliably discover llms.txt, ai/manifest.json, and the local MCP server.
• Send 3 low-risk sponsor/grant conversations after channel/account confirmation.
• Review donation, sponsor, and affiliate disclosures without changing wallet addresses.

Definition of done

This roadmap is useful when it helps newcomers pick work, helps maintainers prioritize review, and gives public evidence of progress toward the 1000-star goal.

• No token promotion, trading advice, or yield promises.
• No wallet address, payment, repository ownership, or secret changes without explicit maintainer confirmation.
• No sponsor endorsement language before sponsorship is reviewed and accepted.

Roadmap update for 2026-05-18:

• Seeded six new starter issues: Add source links to one DeFi lesson #157, Add two smart account glossary terms #158, Proofread one English Web3 Quick Start lesson #159, Check one public AI entrypoint #160, Add AI citation notes to one protocol lesson #161, Add quiz questions for one Builder Lab lesson #162.
• Open good first issue queue is now 10 items, matching the current 10-20 target range.
• Issue templates now request expected files, definition of done, and good-first-issue suitability so future starter work is easier to scope.
