Running with singularity

Hi,

Trying to use sarand with Singularity, I got the following error :

FATAL: Unable to handle docker://beiko-lab/sarand:1.0.1 uri: failed to get checksum for docker://beiko-lab/sarand:1.0.1: reading manifest 1.0.1 in docker.io/beiko-lab/sarand: requested access to the resource is denied

Is the Docker image still publicly available?
