Navigation menu

Currently the navigation menu is blocked on the first item ("summary"). I've been able to change this by resetting the footer to a new class='current-nav' at each slide, but I found this very inelegant.

Maybe you have a better idea on how to do this?

Unfortunately I haven't found any better solution so far. I don't think remark.js supports this.
