I try to set up bencher in GitHub workflows. The baseline works fine but the in PR I get the error as above

For the most part, I copied the snippets from the docs and just changed the project name...

Thank you for using Bencher, and I'm sorry you're running into trouble.
I took a look, and I think some pesky trailing whitespace is the issue. I've gone ahead and created a PR to fix it: zazuko/rdf-validate-shacl#149
