Feature: Pull from multiple stations #2

I am needing to pull weather data from several stations, and it would be great to be able to just enter multiple station IDs in the .env file to accomplish this.

Also as a note, the ZIP_CODE parameter will accept personal weather stations with syntax ZIP_CODE=pws:<station_id>
