The app crashes if the user schedules a delivery while the items are sold out

Device: Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - 4.4.2/Lg Nexus 5 - 6.0.1
App version: 1.21_RC11_dev

Actual results:
It was notice that the app crashes when selecting to schedule a delivery while the items have been marked as sold out from the backend side via the We're sold out button.

Expected results:
The user should be redirected to the Preview menu as it is when selecting the ASAP option with all the items marked as sold out

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://api2.dev.bentonow.com
2. Tap the We're sold out button
3. Run the app and log in
4. Select the Schedule a delivery option
5. Tap the accept button
6. Notice that the app will crash
7. Notice that the app doesn't crash if selecting the ASAP option, the user is redirected to the preview menu
