Change txts to be personalized for the driver

@marcdoan: Can we get a list of the copy for the three current texts that are sent out? We want to adjust their copy so that instead of saying something like "your server is on the way", we say "your server Badal is on the way!". And "Badal has arrived" instead of "your server has arrived". But we need to review the copy first.

1. Optionally sent by the dispatchers. The ETA (e.g. 45-55 minutes) is pre-populated with the SSE + 10 minutes

   Hi Marc,
   Thanks for ordering Bento! Your order should arrive in about 45-55 minutes. We'll message you once your order is on its way.

2. Automatically sent by Houston whenever the driver accepts the orders. The ETA is hardcoded to 15-25 minutes.

   Hi Marc,
   Your Bento server is about 15-25 minutes away. You’ll receive another text message shortly when they arrive.

3. Sent when the driver taps the "ALERT CUSTOMER" button in the Driver App.

   Your Bento has arrived. Woot! Look for the car with the green flags & please meet your server curbside. Thanks and enjoy your meal!
