Users ordering ahead past cut-off time

issue: first OA menu selected before cut off -> goes into background -> cut off time passes -> reenters foreground -> selected menu no reset

solution: when reentering foreground, check if orderAheadMenu.menuId exists in orderAheadMenus -> if not, reset
