如果去香港，每个人肯定都有一张美食地图，哪里的烧味好吃，哪里的粥面美味，哪里的糖水店人气高等等。今天我们介绍的这家隐世酒吧 Secret ，隐藏在中环都爹利街一道黑色大门身后。这处隐秘的 Secret Bar，听说是餐厅熟客才寻得到的酒吧。

负责 Secret Bar 空间设计的是香港本土的设计团队 NC Design & Architecture，我们此前还曾报道过他们在尖沙咀设计的<a href="http://www.qdaily.com/articles/15978.html" target="_blank">潮州菜餐厅百乐小馆（ Sungai Wang ）</a>。

Secret Bar 没有一个标志性的酒吧外观，通往酒吧的走廊两侧是黄铜质感的墙柜，里面展示着电影《王牌特工：特工学院》那些优雅帅气的特工们最酷炫的武器防弹雨伞，这些高级手工制伞在食客进入酒吧的瞬间就传递出一种英国绅士的气质。对的，这里同样也是这把 Fox 雨伞的专卖店。

整体空间内饰以一个虚构的游历世界的英国绅士为设计主题，创造出爵士酒吧和私人俱乐部的氛围。昏暗光线创造出的情绪化照明体验，定制款的墨蓝色皮革及木制家具，以及有雕刻版感觉的奶油色油漆质感天花板，就连洗手间也被赋予了一个船舱式的门闸，这里的一切都在提供着一种意想不到的感官体验。

进入两个包房，这种奇妙的空间体验还在继续。一个拱形天花板造型的空间令人联想到旧式火车的头等车厢，另一个空间则是充满戏剧性的血红色色调，墙壁上辅以 Fox 雨伞作为装饰，灯饰则是模仿老爷车前车灯的样式制作而成。

值得一提的是，这里大卖的各种独特的鸡尾酒，也是以世界地图为灵感，有数十款具有地区特色的品类。
</p>
<p>
比如代表印度的 Colonial Cousins，特别用上了从当地搜罗的茶杯作为器皿，并以椰子水、柠檬、青柠浸过的 lillet blanc 及糖浆调制而成，带着很重的香料味，表面撒有榛子碎粉，有点像印度奶茶。而美国风格的 Batched & Barrelled，是用啤酒配威士忌。代表香港主题的 Typhoon，玻璃杯上贴有蓝色交叉胶带，以菠萝汁、百香果、茉莉花茶等调成，如同沙冰般透心凉。
