要在天上飞的无人机，到底要怎么管理，万一和飞机相撞了也是一件麻烦事。最近美国联邦航空管理局（FAA）的官员<a href="http://www.wsj.com/articles/regulators-weigh-satellite-tracking-for-delivery-drones-1451435477?cb=logged0.6196180209517479">给出了一个新的说法</a>，表示可以用飞机上常见的 ADS-B (广播式相关性自动监视) 系统来追踪无人机。

FAA 官员 Don Walker 今天在华尔街日报上解释到，这个监管系统其实就是个定位控制系统，与雷达类似，但比 GPS 更加强大。该系统要求飞机上配备接收器，将从卫星导航系统上收到的自身坐标数据传给地面指挥中心或其它飞机，来接受监管控制避免无人机和载人飞机相撞。目前，ADS-B 在飞机上还是新鲜事物，<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automatic_dependent_surveillance_%E2%80%93_broadcast#cite_note-5">欧洲要等到 2017 年</a>在一些飞机上强制部署，而美国则是更晚的 2020 年。

所以，将 ADS-B 强行部署到无人机上，可能会等得更久。因为尽管 Don Walker 认为这个系统可行，FAA 目前还没有正式的计划。

无人机监管确实是个热门话题。亚马逊、Google、DHL 等公司都在试验着用无人机送货的项目，这些服务一旦正式推出，无人机的数量和飞行次数将不会少，而且大部分的无人机在对流层飞行，也不是没有撞上普通飞机的可能性。

在 FAA 动手之前，科技公司和美国其他机构已经开始捣鼓这种监管系统：<span>亚马逊曾在一份声明中表示，用单套技术监管无人机是一种过时的做法，他们</span>提议按飞行高度将领空分层，飞机、无人机等各相分开。而 NASA 也计划推出一个依据各个无人机飞行路线而进行管理的系统。
