Generate list of synonyms for each FlyBase FBte ID

• Use FBte IDs from list generated in issue Generate list of FBte ids in flybase #13
• Note: there are Symbol Synonyms and Name Synonyms
• Note: there are redundant synonyms for both symbols and names, duplicated across references
• Need to mae non-redundant set of synonyms for both symbols and names
• Note: there may be synonyms that are present in both nonredundant sets, so need to de-dup again on both files
• Note: Github markdown interferes with backticks in for loop, need to cut and paste from raw comment text
