Handle wrong spending password in prompts

Currently if a wrong spending password is entered, the modal is closed and an error is returned to the frontend. I think it should tell the user that the password is incorrect and ask to enter the password again. I think it should only return "Unauthorized" error when the user clicks on the "Reject" button
