Automate Hack'n'Learn events

We can probably automatically open new PRs.

Idea:
Run it every day, look at the feed 7 (14?) days into the future, create a new file (bundle exec ruby import.rb ...), but based on a template (the meetup.com content is garbled), then have it create that PR.
