As a User,
I want to have the navigation more consistent and decrease the delay of the attention I give when opening the modal in the center of the page from the menu on the right side,
So that I can have a feld of view to navigate and a clean area to keep the content active.

Concept idea
Main point is to remove the white background, create a simple animation for opening and closing, and keep modal and menu as a very similar style and in the same place.
And for now we can just replace the content as I need to develop further how it will behave the transitions for expanding the modal like in the example below.
