Support for AWS Signature Version 2

When using a local Amazon S3 provider which does not support Version 4 Signatures you get the following error:

com.amazonaws.services.s3.model.AmazonS3Exception: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method. (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 403; Error C
ode: SignatureDoesNotMatch; Request ID: txa2daa06c38e9468895ce3-0059408040

Specifically for our use case we are using OpenStack Swift with the Swift3 plugin which does not yet support V4 signatures and can only support V2 signatures.
