We should add information about the pandas api for Spark in the book. The information will be threaded into many pages, e.g. in the when to use Spark page we talk about PySpark being a steeper learning curve, but this isn't the case with pandas api for Spark. We should have examples of code using pandas api alongside sparklyr and PySpark. We might even want a dedicated page on it, but only if there is a need.
