Currently we have separate chapters for Lower/Moderate/Higher, which repeats a lot of content. Instead we should change this to a single chapter, with lower/moderate/higher items listed like below. See checklist-mockup branch an example in the book. We could also make each section (e.g. Modular Code) a collapsible dropdown
