No `Select commit` field in Firmware Flasher tab

Describe the bug

There's no Select commit field when I check Enable expert mode, Show release candidates and Development.

To Reproduce

Follow the instructions in email after creating a PR on the firmware repo: https://github.com/betaflight/betaflight/blob/master/.github/workflows/pr-cloud-comment.yml

Expected behavior

A field appears where I can type in a commit or PR hash.

This is by design. It works only on master builds - now 2026.6.0-alpha.

@haslinghuis perhaps there should be a message about it when selected?

maybe jsut a new fake item custom? (EDIT: i re-read title and see Select Commit, which makes sense, but users might expect something to "select" rather than optional "typing")

otherwise, current workflow is to choose the alpha -- old SHA (e.g. 4.5-maintentance) still works

@blckmn , thoughts? -- any new field-selection implementation might affect the backend/tooling.
otherwise the pr-cloud-comment.yml does indeed need updating.
