Consolidated tracking issue for the Empire Builder backlog. EB V3 core shipped in PR #412 (EmpirePanel drawer, ecosystem hero, leaderboard/me/snapshot API). The items below are not built yet - collapsed here from individual stale tickets (created 2026-05-01/02, no activity ~5wk) to keep the issue list clean. Pull any item back into its own issue when actively picked up.
