Bug: Same bug with address bar in map page as #179; changes only happen when you click away (to do with onBlur attribute?)

Bug
When you change the address in the map page, you have to click away from the address bar in order to update the location.

Intended Action
When you select a new location, everything should update instantly.

How to recreate

1. Enter items and conditions in the landing page, and navigate to the map page.
2. Change the address and check if the facility markers are updated. (likely not)
