Improvement: `service-helper`: support `*.desktop` autostart

We can see inside `setup-util-syncthing` that Syncthing when installed on a desktop environment, will use a `*.desktop` + `autostart` convention. If this can be built into `service-helper` such that `service-helper` supports autostarting for headless and now headful environments, that would be nifty.
