Description
bug: TA camera rotate wont work in ubuntu 26.04 (or 24.04) with gnome desktop.
reproduce: Run bar on windows 11, use the grid keys and the TA or the Spring camera (alt + middle mouse) to rotate. works as you expect.
While you can do this on windows either TA (overhead) Ctrl+F5 or Spring cam ctrl+F6, you cannot do that on linux, only in ctrl+f6 in Spring camera mode.
Please make it possible to use TA cam and alt rotate + middle mouse in linux as well.
Expected Behaviour
https://www.beyondallreason.info/commands/camera-spring
You can rotate the camera while in "Middle-Click-Pan-Toggle" mode, when holding ALT + Mouse movement.
Actual Behaviour
It works on windows 11 both in TA or Spring cam, but with ubuntu 26.04, it wont do the same, only in Spring cam.
